Our new fall cycle starts on Monday, October 10th (tomorrow!), so I wanted to send you the most current Training Guide so you can familiarize yourself with the program. Tap the link to access and download t:
Pay attention to pages 4-5 in the guide to get familiar with the terminology I'll be using with RIR (Reps In Reserve) and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). You don't depend on power meters and technology/wearables in this program - you'll learn how to read your own body without depending on these things, because, well... technology fails.

The video references my first launch of ShredStrong years ago, but the functionality still applies in the app.
You'll see the program and workouts in the app starting no later than midnight on Monday morning when the app switches things over (you may even see them in there now!). So, play around with the app and have some fun with it!
Monday will be a rest day after a busy weekend (hopefully) spent on two wheels. Remember, you can move your workouts around on the calendar in the app to fit your schedule any time.
I can't wait to get started with you on Monday! If you have any questions, reply to this email - I'll be a bit delayed since it is the weekend and I will be outside peeping the fall colors, so thanks for your patience.
